SB 860 -- Missouri Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing

This bill changes the name of the Missouri Commission for the
Deaf to the Missouri Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
The bill also changes the requirements for the composition of the
commission that currently include two deaf persons and one parent
of a deaf child to "deaf or hard of hearing persons" or parent of
a "deaf or hard of hearing" child.  A similar change is made in
the requirement for the director.
